Love cooking in a busy, energetic kitchen?

We’re on the lookout for Cooks, Chefs & Kitchen Helpers to join our night teams across multiple Jolly Miller locations.

We’re a family-owned hospitality group with 14 locally loved restaurants, famous for great coffee, wholesome food, house-made cakes and a strong

community feel.

Shift Details: 

• Shifts vary from 7 am till 10 pm

• Monday to Sunday

• Multiple roles available across different stores

• You may work across more than one location

What you’ll be doing  (CHEFS | COOKS)

• Preparing and cooking meals

• Keeping the kitchen clean and organised

• Following food safety standards and meeting The Jolly Miller standards

• Working as part of a friendly, supportive team

What you’ll be doing  (KITCHEN HELPERS)

• Assist Chefs with basic food prep

• Wash dishes and keep the kitchen clean

• Follow food safety and hygiene standards

• Help keep the kitchen organised during service

What we’re looking for: 

• Some kitchen experience (6 months preferred)

• Intermidate English level (can communicate with other team members)

• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and public holidays

• Reliable, punctual and flexible

• Positive attitude and team player

• Happy to help Chefs and other teams when needed

• Must have valid Australian working rights
