안녕하세요 Hanoi Hannah Vol2 Elsternwick 주방에서 함께 일 할 Full time/Part time CDP를 모집하고 있습니다.

저희 매장은 Elsternwick Train station(Sandringham line) 에서 약 도보 3분 거리에 위치해 있으며, Flinders street train station에서 출발 기준 약 17분 거리에 있습니다.

Traiding hours는 매일 Lunch/Dinner service가 있으며, 오전 출근자 주방직원 기준 10시 30분에 업무를 시작하여 밤 10시 30분 즈음에 퇴근을 하게 됩니다.

점심/저녁 서비스 사이에 브레이크 타임이 주어지며, 이때 점심 식사 및 휴식을 하고 다시 4시 30분부터 저녁 장사 준비를 시작하게 됩니다.

Open position으로는 위에 언급 했듯이 Full time/Part time CDP를 모집하고 있으며, 근무를 하게 되는 Section은 Soup 혹은 Grill/Fryer section중 편한곳으로 정해드릴 수 있습니다.

함께 하시게 되면, 기본적으로 약 일주일 가량의 section 트레이닝이 있을것이며, 주로 해야 할 업무로는 Food service, Food quality control for your section, Order control for your section, maintain personal hygiene, maintain your section등이 있습니다.

Hello, we are hiring a Full-time/Part-time Chef de Partie (CDP) to work in the kitchen at Hanoi Hannah Vol2 Elsternwick.

Our restaurant is located about a 3-minute walk from Elsternwick Train station (Sandringham line), and about 17 minutes from Flinders Street train station.

Trading hours include Lunch/Dinner service every day. Kitchen staff starting in the morning generally begin work at 10:30 AM and finish around 10:30 PM.

A break time is provided between the lunch and dinner services, during which you will have lunch and rest before starting dinner service preparation again at 4:30 PM.

The open position, as mentioned above, is for a Full-time/Part-time CDP. The section you will work in can be assigned to either the Soup or the Grill/Fryer section, whichever is more comfortable for you.

If you join us, there will be approximately one week of basic section training. The main tasks you will be responsible for include Food service, Food quality control for your section, Order control for your section, maintaining personal hygiene, and maintaining your section.
